Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Energy & Utility Skills Register \(EUSR\)/Construction Skills Certification Scheme \(CSCS\) Courses 2024-25 for Residents of HMP Highpoint We have the need to commission the delivery of: Level 1 Health and Safety and SHEA EUSR / CSCS courses, which will allow our prisoners access to work on construction sites, energy and utility sites\.
