## Description

The objective of this tender is to undertake remodelling and alterations to the existing Marlowe KSAP teaching spaces to create large open plan studios in the Marlowe Building at the Universities Canterbury Campus\. The University of Kent is seeking to appoint a building contractor to undertake new works to the Marlowe KSAP\. These works include, but not limited to: • Mechanical Services • Building Works • Electrical Services • Furniture and fittings
