## Description

The provision of continuous improvement of business service delivery across the IT estate\. A recent study completed several pieces of work to initiate, implement and recommend change under their Spin Cycle methodology\. The new programme is required to implement multiple areas of change, covering support and access to expertise to design, advise and implement these changes within Ofgem\.
