Description
**Please note this is an Award Notice and not a call for competition, this Contract has been awarded via the CCS Research and Insights (RM6126) Dynamic Purchasing System** The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) had a requirement to appoint a contractor to develop messages to promote awareness and understanding for consumers on Electric Vehicle (EV) Smart Charging. This work is expected to include evidence gathering to understand how to best engage consumers with smart charging and its benefits, building on research already carried out on the EV consumer journey and noting how Government and industry can best interact with consumers at different touch points.
