Work description
The services required are aimed at young people aged 16 and above, with housing related support needs. They may be homeless or threatened with homelessness and have a wide range of support needs. Service is split into 2 Lots: Lot 1 - Supported Accommodation for 16-25 year old children in care and care leavers, including Emergency accommodation Lot 2 - Supported Accommodation for 18-25 year olds who are homeless, eligible and reason to believe in priority need, incl. Emergency Accommodation.
