The scope of works includes but is not limited to the items summarised below, with further detail defined in the Works Information: Pre-Commencement  Preparation of pre-commencement documentation to meet the requirements of planning conditions and securing discharge of associated pre-commencement planning conditions. Construction  Building new bat house measuring circa 5m by 5m in plan. Demolition  Disconnection of identified services.  Clearance of pre-commencement planning conditions and submission of Section 80 notification.  Removal and disposal of identified vegetation.  Soft strip.  Asbestos removal.  Demolition of existing structures including precautionary method of work associated with bat habitats.  Removal of hard landscaping and footings.  Crushing arisings and removing crushed deposits from site.  Breaking out and grubbing up all redundant services mains, pipes and chambers.
