International Review of the Literature and Guidance on Food Allergen Cleaning

Applicants are invited to submit tenders to carry out a desk-based literature and guidance review of the cleaning methodologies available for the 14 regulated allergens in the UK, including the key stages and principles of allergen cleaning and effective approaches, and assess the extent to which they are underpinned by an appropriate evidence base.
