Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs to Boilers

To provide a routine service and maintenance contract to an agreed programme of works which includes engineer call outs 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. The successful company is to repair boilers, unless beyond economical repair and provide the necessary parts to an agreed parts list. The contract does not include all the associated plumbing and mechanical works and services. The contract is to provide the necessary back up paperwork such as service sheets and progress reports and must be available for technical advice. Engineers are expected to replace asset labels and fill in site log books.
