Provision of cyclical redecoration and associated repairs for London, South East and Midlands.

Description

PA Housing are going to market for a cyclical redecoration and associated repairs. The procurement will be split into three lots. Lot 1 - London (9,288 properties) Lot 2 - London Southeast (2,191 properties) Lot 3 - Midlands (11,456 properties) The works and services required by these contracts can include but are not restricted to: (1) The complete redecoration of all previously painted external surfaces and internal common parts to blocks and houses as detailed in the Property List. (2) Renewal of fascia's and soffits where required (to match existing) (3) Renewal of timber canopies where required. (4) Pre-paint repairs (5) Timber window repairs/renewals (6) Renewal of communal floor finishes where required It is intended that the contracts will commence in March, 2024, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of seven years with the option for renewal, as decided by PA, for an extension of up to a further two years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore nine years.
