## Description

Liverpool City Council \(LCC\) are committed to delivering a district heat and power network for Paddington Village Central, which will need to be in place for the first live plot in March 2020\. LCC are looking to procure the services of a Commercial Advisor to support them in the establishment of the optimal, commercially viable structure to sell heat and power to customers\.
