## Description

The requirement is for a consultant to undertake the following key activities: \\r Completion of an initiation readiness and business impact assessment for the council to determine whether to commence a programme of work to either implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning \(ERP\) system, implement a range of 'Best of Breed' products, or upgrade existing systems\. \\r Validation of initial 'outcome-based' requirements compiled by Liverpool City Council\. \\r Development of an options appraisal and business case to confirm the appropriate way forward\.
