NHS Framework Agreement for Hepatitis C medicines for London and South of England and interim Hepatitis C Medicines for Midlands & East and North of England Reference - CM/PHR/17/5538/01 - Hepatitis C medicines for London and South of England - 1 September 2017 - 31 August 2018 with an option to extend (at the Authority's discretion) for a period or periods up to 12 months Reference CM/PHR/17/5538/02 - Interim Hepatitis C Medicines for Midlands & East and North of England - 1 September 2017 - 28 February 2018 with an option to extend (at the Authority's discretion) for a period or periods up to a total of 12 months
