## Description

1\.1 Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Provider to; ? Receive welfare support applications \(strand 1\) o Assess these applicants against set eligibility criteria o Allocate discretionary awards \(furniture, white goods, essential household equipment and fuel / electricity tokens\) ? Receive welfare support requests from Gloucestershire County Council workers or workers nominated by Gloucestershire County Council \(strand 2\) o These will not need to be assessed o Allocate discretionary awards \(food delivery, fuel / electricity top up, furniture, white goods and essential household equipment\) ? Ensure delivery of the welfare support awards ? predominately voucher and non-cash awards ? Analyse demand and manage budget ? Liaise with suppliers Additional information: See ITT The services will be provided through out the Gloucestershire County Council District
