Asbestos Refurbishment /demolition survey The scope of works to to be undertaken in accordance with strict HSE guidelines - and to include: Works to include all building fabric and services installations. Ensure all areas are made safe prior to works commencing. A. Management Survey (formerly Type 1 or 2 Asbestos Survey) Visual survey, local, identify and tag. This is a re-visit and audit of retained documentation/asbestos register, to ensure it is accurate and the risks within the building are known to all operatives. B. Refurbishment/Pre-demolition Survey (formerly Type 3 Asbestos Survey) Make safe and remove deleterious materials under controlled conditions. The anticipated contract start date is: Friday, 06 May 2016 The estimated value of the contract is: £60,000.00 combined Total Cost For a period of: 1 month Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download. You may be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal. Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITT/PQQs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
