## Description

The Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably experienced contractor to carry out condition survey services and energy performance advice relating to its Asset Portfolio, to include; survey of the building and its services, prioritised 5 year planned maintenance programme and where applicable recommendations and costings around energy performance improvements to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
