Work description
The scheme will improve the walking and cycling environment and publie realm along the A58 (St Mary's Gate) between Spotland Road and Townhead. The scheme imvolves a series of highway improvement works to provide controlled walking and cycling crossing points connecting Lower Falinge to Rochdale Town Centre.
