Description

This Procurement will establish a single Supplier Contract for the purchase of NCF138 Microsoft Software. The Goods are described in detail within Attachment 3a - Statement of Requirements 3 Year Contract and Attachment 3b - Statement of Requirements 2 Year Contract. The Contract(s) is was offered under RM6068 Technology Products & Associated Services (TePAS): Lot 3: Software and Associated Services Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods, the terms of which will govern any resultant Contract.
