## Description

The National Audit Office \(NAO\) awarded a contract to Knight Frank LLP using Lot 5: Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Orders of Crown Commercial Services Estate Management Services framework\. Knight Frank LLP will provide independent expert views in valuing land and property to assist NAO in evaluating the appropriateness of the Valuation Office Agency's \(VOA\) work as Highways England's management expert in relation to land and property valuations\. The contract will run for 14 months from Friday 22nd March 2024 to Thursday, 22nd May 2025\. The contract value is £85,000 inclusive of VAT\.
