Development Lease for Public and Private Patients Theatre Suite

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified providers to develop a leased plot of land at Hospital St Cross Rugby (HSCR). The lease will facilitate the construction of a new theatre suite for public and private patients (PPPT) to be built and operated by the successful bidder.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance and operation of the PPPT, which will be physically connected to HSCR. Accordingly, the design must be sympathetic to the design of HSCR and address construction and operating risk issues with the physical connection.

Any interested providers are asked to express their interest and complete the Due Diligence questionnaire and submit through the Trusts e-procurement portal prior to the deadline of 30th May 2016.
