BE23123 - Early process evaluation of the Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme (FLOWMIS)

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS), on behalf of The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero have appointed a supplier to conduct an Early process evaluation of the Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme (FLOWMIS).

Aims and Objectives of the Project

The package of work includes:

- Process evaluation of FLOWMIS scheme - 70% - Process evaluation of OWMIS scheme - 10% - Development of Theory of Change model for FLOWMIS - 20%
