Work description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council has identified the need for replacement of the existing transport system on Southend Pier and are looking to procure new electric trains. At this stage, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking an expression of interest from potential bidders with rail industry and transport knowledge to confirm their interest in this project, and, if required, attend an informal discussion.
