This work will involve working closely with HEE's MSW Steering and implementation Group\. The successful bidder will work with HEE to map the existing educational provision against the Framework and develop an educational pathway for MSWs in England\. This should include: • Mapping examples of existing training programmes collected as part of the MSW call for evidence that informed the development of the competency framework \(at levels 3 and 4\) • Identifying gaps at each level and present options for filling those gaps, e\.g\. extending existing courses, developing new ones, developing new national qualifications • Undertake focus groups to build consensus around the options for piloting and operationalising new working arrangements e\.g\. working with managers and HR to support the workforce in implementing the framework\. • Identifying whether there any existing tools available or that can be adapted to support the process\. • Consider the options for developing a skills passport\. The scoping exercise and subsequent pathways will be developed in partnership with HEE, our stakeholders and the maternity workforce\.
