Procurement of an Architect and Lead Designer/Coordinator for the Maria Fidelis School site \(NW1 2LY\) to take the site designs from RIBA Stage 1 \(the current level of the design\) to RIBA Stage 3 in preparation for tendering from RIBA Stage 3\.
