Description
The provider will provide a domiciliary care service for a period of up to 48 hours (72 over a Bank Holiday period) in cases when substitute care is necessary as a result of any sudden or unplanned event meaning the informal carer cannot provide care and where it would be unsafe to leave the cared for person without support.
