## Description

A consultancy partner is required to provide advisory and support services for DfE's Capital Directorate Change Programme, with a particular focus on developing a Common Data Environment \(CDE\) platform\. This is a complex Change Programme that will assess how the Directorate is currently operating and develop options to optimise its structure, processes and culture\. This will include establishing a CDE to support the wider operating model, realise efficiencies, improve data management and utilise advanced analytics/AI\.
