A further competition process under the ESPO Framework 664-21 to award contracts for technical consultancy services. The Technical advisor contract will provide the following services. Professional advice and design compliance requirements for Neighbourhood Service new and existing operational assets. New and modification designs for Neighbourhood Service Assets. Technical procurement support for Works, estimated costing, specification documents, detailed designs, pricing, evaluation, and due diligence. Undertake or subcontract ground investigation works for new and existing assets. Project management and technical support for assets. Support the Resource and Waste Strategy programme providing technical advice as a result of any government consultations or legislation.
