Activating the alarm will open a two-way channel with the Alarm Receiving Centre which operates 24/7 with trained experts ready to react immediately to getting help to you quickly. The lone worker devices are a safety requirement to safeguard staff who work remotely and are exposed to associated risks. The use of lone working devices provides staff with added security measures creating a safer working environment.
