The Provision of Commissioning of designs for the refurbishment of the Priory Centre (St Neots) and associated building costs to scheme completion.

To provide designs and technical drawings/specifications for the refurbishment of the Priory Centre, (St Neots) to RIBA stage 4/D. The goal of which is to improve the functionality and accessibility of the space for the local community, improving energy efficiency, providing better access to the riverside, and improving the space available for meetings, and cultural events, such as, for example, touring theatrical productions.
