Provision of Surface Treatment of Algae

Blackpool Council (The Authority) Highways Department wish to undertake physical removal of algae from the Sea wall, Parade Area, beach access points, Cliff paths and all assets within the borough (defined area). The area of work will be defined on job tickets issued, these must be complete, signed and returned upon completion (To issue job tickets and then monitor completion of the work in accordance with the guidelines).
