## Description

This is a Provider Selection Regime \(PSR\) Contract Notice\. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services \(Provider Selection Regime\) Regulations 2023\. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award\. Northampton General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is running a competitive procurement process for the provision of a Large Hub Community Diagnostic Centre for Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust on behalf of Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust who currently operate under University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group in accordance with the Health Care Services \(Provider Selection Regime\) Regulations 2023\. The procurement process will involve rounds of dialogue with interested providers\. Start date is to be March 2026\. Length of Contract and mobilisation of all modalities to be discussed as part of dialogue
