GB-Colchester: Replacement Fire Alarm System

Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council are looking to commission a contractor to install and replace the existing wireless fire alarm system throughout Colchester Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, CO1 1PJ. Full details of the scope of the works required can be found in the tender document's. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The time scales for completing this work is 2 months from the commencement date. The Council has provisionally stated work to commence 01/06/21, but contractors can confirm their required time scales in their tender submission.
