To supplement Google Analytics CCS requires session replay software\. Session replay software will enable the business and key DDS teams to observe, replay, UX test and analyse user interaction across our digital services, on a grander scale\. Thus leading to leaner, data-led decision making to improve digital customer experience, create frictionless digital journeys and better understand and measure customer behaviour\.
