CVF0407 - Stocking Farm RIBA Stage 4

This is a variation to the current contract which does not alter the overall nature of the contract. The justification for this approval is under Reg 72 (1)(b)(ii) where additional services by the original contractor have become necessary and a change of contractor would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs. As this is for time extension and a change to value extending the current contract to 30/08/2024.
