T0308 SMP Design Services for CDF Projects

National Highways (NH) is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to support how the company understands and delivers its role in supporting the economy, nationally, locally and to key business sectors. This contract will take the form of a technical partner style arrangement. This will underpin the delivery of an Economic Development programme within the current RIS (RIS2) as well as support input to the development of RIS3, setting out a clear case for investment that recognises the critical role the Strategi Road Network (SRN) plays, with a robust evidence base behind it.
