Work description
Northumberland County Council (NCC) wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to prepare a Transport Evidence Base for the county of Northumberland, in accordance with national policy, relevant national guidance and best practice. A clear, transparent, proportionate and robust transport evidence base will provide key evidence for transport solutions that deliver well-designed, sustainable and popular places and that support the preparation and delivery of a new Northumberland Local Plan.
