Otterpool Park: Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Support of Planning Application (OPCB)

Call-off contract from RM3741. Order number PMFDTS-0529-2019. A planning application has been submitted for Otterpool Park, a new community of 8500 homes, plus employment, a range of community facilities and green space. This commission takes the Project from submission to determination of the planning application: • To lead on planning, masterplanning and project management of Otterpool Park garden town from submission of the outline planning application to achieving planning permission, including any additional work that is critical to the determination of the planning application. • To contribute to the Core Strategy Review Examination in Public including providing expert witnesses and supporting the work of the local planning authority (LPA) • Additional work to support the planning application and overall delivery of the Project.
