## Description

Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified framework Consultant\. to provide a full multi-disciplinary design service, supporting delivery of the relocation of the Coroners Service, from Fairfield Offices, Cockermouth to Allerdale House in Workington\. The appointment will progress in two stages:\\r • RIBA Stages 0-2 to Concept Design, including Principal Designer under CDM\\r • RIBA Stages 3-7, perform the role of Project Manager as defined by NEC4 and provide technical input, contract administration and advice and support and an NEC4 Supervisor role\.\\r The objective being to deliver all necessary refurbishment and modernisation works to identified areas of the existing Allerdale House office accommodation\.
