Description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate (CCMD) acting on behalf of the Government Legal Department (GLD) have awarded a Call-off Contract against the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Agreement for e-Disclosure Services (Reference: RM3717) for the supply of services in a single matter. This particular case concerns a Judicial Review challenge to the direct award of a communications services contract made by the Cabinet Office for services relating to COVID-19 communications. The Good Law Project are an activist type organisation who have brought a number of Judicial Review claims challenging the validity of contracts directly awarded as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. Variation to the contract as follows: (a) additional GB of ESI (documents from Outlook mailboxes); (b) additional hours project management at the contracted rates as required to support the project; (c) additional data hosting (inside review); and (d) additional data hosting (outside review). Contract has been extended to 31 August 2022.
