SCC JCP Asset Valuation Services - AWARD

Description

This Specification is for the delivery of Surrey County Council's asset valuations for capital accounting purposes prepared specifically to meet financial reporting standards. The opportunity is in respect of the portion of the entire property portfolio which is due for revaluation in this financial year, as part of the rolling 5 yearly valuation program. The opportunity may be extended for a further year and fee quotes are invited for the following years work also. The properties to be valued are split into groups separating the list of properties into types, for example schools, libraries youth centres etc. These are listed along with supporting data on the accompanying spreadsheet.
