## Description

This service aims to support vulnerable families in order to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0-19 years living in the Children's Services area of Carlisle and Eden\. The Provider shall deliver services to satisfy the following outcomes: • Vulnerable children and young people are protected from harm, isolation, bullying and social exclusion\. • Fewer children and young people require statutory intervention\. • Vulnerable children and young people develop skills and knowledge to improve their life chances\. • Parents / carers develop and implement improved parenting skills\. • Families have positive, successful relationships within the family unit and community\. • Vulnerable children and young people have improved behaviour, self-esteem, health and well-being\. • More families are able to access and engage positively in a range of high quality support services\. • Vulnerable families influence service development\.
