## Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council \(the 'Council'\) is seeking to bring together a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake the high risk of demolition of the existing Futures Community College which includes asbestos removal, under a JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Design 2016 Edition\.
