Gentoo seeks to appoint up to Nine consultants to provide Employers Agent/Principal Designer, Architect and Engineer Services for various development sites\. This Tender Opportunity is broken into three separate sections with 3 Lots per section, and the Projects they relate to, are as follows: Section 1: Employers Agent/Principal Designer Services \(a\) Lot 1: Aberdare Road \(39 units\) \(b\) Lot 2: Gartland Road \(26 units\) \(c\) Lot 3: Old Mill Road \(64 units\) Section 2: Architect Services \(d\) Lot 1: Aberdare Road \(39 units\) \(e\) Lot 2: Gartland Road \(26 units\) \(f\) Lot 3: Old Mill Road \(64 units\) Section 3: Engineer Services \(g\) Lot 1: Aberdare Road \(39 units\) \(h\) Lot 2: Gartland Road \(26 units\) \(i\) Lot 3: Old Mill Road \(64 units\) It is the intention of Gentoo to award no more than one section and up to Three lots to one Bidder\.
