## Description

Maidstone Borough Council \(MBC\) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake works at Maidstone Cemetery Chapel\. The Council is proposing to bring the chapel back into use by carrying out the following works: structural repairs to the bell tower, refurbish the roof, repairs to gutters and down pipes and internal refurbishment\. This will include the conversion of the external storeroom into 2No WC's including the refurbishment of the existing WC\.
