5 yr maintenance service contract for 4x 3D Dental Printers (Stratasys - 1x Objet260 Connex3 3D s/n G3700244 and 1x Objet30 Prime V5.0 Desktop s/n SN G3410138, FormLabs - 2x Form 3B s/n EARNESTZEBU & HAPPYWOBBEGONG). Preventative maintenance visit based on machine usage. All spare parts and consumables, print head discount (%), labour and travel cost included. Corrective service for Polyjet printers
