## Description

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey \(the "Council"\) is inviting Tenders for the Provision of a suitable Contractor to undertake fire safety upgrades and refurbishment work on the high-rise block Kenneth Robbins House\. The scope of works will consist of but is not limited to: • Window replacement\. • External structural brickwork repairs\. • New lateral mains\. • Asbestos removal\. • Replacement of soil and vent pipes \(internal\)\. • Replacement of bathrooms and kitchen base units\. • Communal repairs and decorations, including flooring\. • New lighting to communal areas, including emergency lighting\. • New fire doors to stairwell\. • New front entrance doors, including doors to intake cupboard\. • Firestopping to communal and internal areas\. • Replacement of kitchens and bathrooms\. • Evacuation Alert System and Door Entry\. • Refurbishment of community centre\.
