Workforce Solution - Transformation & Delivery Manager (GRC)

A workforce programme offering professional, managerial, operational and administrative workers through a wide range of delivery routes, including statements of work (SOW).

SOW: The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solution is a Corporate Services transformation initiative to implement an enterprise-wide platform that supports the management of governance, risk, compliance, controls, policy management and business resilience activities across the Bank.

The project is currently progressing through procurement and supplier selection, including requirements definition, market evaluation and solution assessment activities. The project aims to improve oversight, standardisation, reporting and operational efficiency through the delivery of a single integrated GRC platform.

The supplier will provide a Transformation & Delivery Manager, with combined business analysis and delivery management. In order to support the successful procurement, implementation and operationalisation of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Solution.
