16323 TOTTINGTON HS-SCHOOLS MINTENANCE 17-18 - ROOFING

The works comprise three separate areas, recorded as Roof Nos 15A, 15B, 20 & 21. The need to renew the waterproof cover combined with insulation levels is to achieve and exceed the current Building Regulations standard for thermal insulation. In order to complete the works the some existing electrical, and data cables will need to be temporary moved and reinstated. After completion of the works all existing services will need to be tested by an IET qualified engineer and associated certification provided. Also included are some replacement of the existing rainwater goods and replacement of rooflights.
