New Build Housing at Eign Mill Road and Highmore Street, Hereford

Description

There is currently two main sites to be developed under a single Design and Build Contract. Eign Mill Road, Hereford - The demolition of 5Nr existing bungalows and the design and construction of 9Nr houses and 2Nr bungalows one of which will be a type M3 unit. Planning approval has been obtained. Planning reference P183891/F Highmore Street, Hereford - The demolition of 5Nr existing bungalows and the design and construction of 6Nr houses and 1Nr type M3 bungalow. The units are split across two adjacent sites approximately 100 metres apart. Planning approval has been obtained. Planning reference P183889/F and P183890/F. There is currently a proposal for a further 12Nr units to be developed at Pine Grove, Hereford but this is still subject to planning. The intention is to negotiate the additional 12Nr unit scheme with the contractor of the initial contract for Eign Mill Road and Highmore Street.
