The Authority has identified a number of areas where it seeks professional services in respect of mechanical and electrical and sustainable design consultancy advice and guidance. The Contract involves a number of individual commissions, however the Authority recognises that further requirements may be identified associated with the requirements during the performance and the life of the Contract.
