Work description

British Business Bank as the Contract Authority awarded a 3 month Contract to the Supplier Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP for the provision of Quality Control and Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews in relation to the Future Fund (FF) portfolio.

The services required are the performance of Quality Control (QC) including but not limited to, checking and identifying areas of concern and advise on what Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is required where high risk factors have been identified. The EDD conducted will be to a standard that enables FF to meet its obligations to understand the nature and purpose of the business relationship with the investee company under the Regulation 28 of the MLRs and JMLSG 5.1.5 obligations, namely mandatory CDD checks requiring sufficient detail to assess the potential associated money laundering or terrorist financing risk. The Contractors review will include identification of potential fraud and financial crime risks and provide a recommendation of potential mitigants to minimise the risks identified.

The total value for the 3 month contract shall be £69,540.00
